Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Sous Chef - Hei Fung Terrace Kitchen to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepares all items according to Peninsula guidelines and standards with the assistance of the Chef on duty
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner
  • Enthusiastic about Bakery, maintains a positive attitude and a professional disposition


General Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about Chinese cooking
  • Overall knowledge of Chinese cooking with specialty
  • Have working experience in 5-star hotel or equal Chinese Restaurant as Manager and above for more than 10 years
  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
