Business System Manager

Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Business System Manager to support our Information Technology Team in our Central office.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work on system enhancement and projects with System Development Life Cycle including requirement collection and analysis, design, testing and deployment.
• Facilitate discussions with business users to gather requirements, user stories and develop backlogs in order to meet business objectives.
• Create detailed technical feature functionality requirement documents, assist in driving system changes, tracking and monitoring deliverables with relation to fulfilling business needs.
• Develop supportive documentation including but not limited to user guides, support documents and interface specification documents.
• Work closely with vendors on systems design & enhancements; prepare functional requirements documentation and coordinate request for proposals when required. 

General Requirements:

• Degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in entertainment or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese with proficiency in MS 365 applications.
• Experienced in handling project execution, hands on including provide first-line support services to operational software systems. Knowledge in ticketing system is a plus.
• Proactive, team player, independent, flexible, willing to take challenges
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
