Golf Shop Assistant - Part-Time

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a Part-Time Golf Shop Assistant to support our Golf department.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as receptionist to all guests coming in and/or calling the golf shop
  • Assist with coordinating details of golf events (scorecards, proximities, pairings, rules sheet, scoreboard, etc.)
  • Reserve tee times for members and outside guests; collect payment for tee times and golf shop retail purchases using the Point-of-Sales system
  • Assist with the cleaning, inventory, and maintaining the golf shop's appearance and merchandise



General Requirements

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain organization and positive attitude 
  • Minimum three years golf course experience
  • The ability to interact professionally with members and guests and deliver exceptional customer service
  • The ability to learn and efficiently work in a retail environment including use of a cash register


Salary: $17.00 per hour
