Executive Assistant
Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.
In this role you will:
- Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.

Key Accountabilities
- Provides professional handling of phones, taking messages, maintaining daily schedule, making travel arrangements, and coordinating special projects on an as needed basis.
- Establish and maintain filing system to ensure continuous and orderly office function.
- Support and assist in the writing of policies and procedures, SOP’s as needed.
- Maintain and coordinate senior managements’ schedules
General Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years administrative work with business writing experience required
- College degree required
- Ability to handle strictly confidential information
- Highly developed organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and prior background demonstrating sound business judgment
- A good knowledge of the hotel business and its inner workings or willingness and ability to learn.
Salary: $25.00 per hour
