Executive Assistant

Location:  Carmel-by-the-Sea

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provides professional handling of phones, taking messages, maintaining daily schedule, making travel arrangements, and coordinating special projects on an as needed basis.
  • Establish and maintain filing system to ensure continuous and orderly office function.
  • Support and assist in the writing of policies and procedures, SOP’s as needed.
  • Maintain and coordinate senior managements’ schedules

 

 

General Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative work with business writing experience required
  • College degree required
  • Ability to handle strictly confidential information
  • Highly developed organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and prior background demonstrating sound business judgment
  • A good knowledge of the hotel business and its inner workings or willingness and ability to learn.


Salary: $25.00 per hour
