Event Coordinator

The Quail is seeking an Event Coordinator to work alongside our amazing Peninsula Signature Events Department creating unique guest experiences for our award winning/world-class car show.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for all general guest services (phone, email and in person)
  • Communication Hub for entrants, VIPs, staff volunteers
  • Assist Event Staff in all aspects of interaction with operational departments
  • Maintain ticket site and assist with ticket communication

 

 

General Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required, College Degree preferred
  • Experience in catering and events coordination strongly preferred
  • Experience in hospitality industry preferred
  • Must be able to work early morning, day, weekend and holiday shifts as needed
  • Must have possess a high level of confidentiality

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
