2nd Assistant Superintendent
Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support our Greens Department.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist in planning and supervising, of greens, tees and fairways, and layout of all construction on the course
- Schedule and supervise maintenance work including assignment to applicable staff, to achieve the most efficient utilization of workers and equipment
- Maintain tees, greens, fairways, rough and bunkers to a standard as determined by the Superintendent
- Supervise and participate in the fertilization, pesticide application, planting, and maintenance of the golf course, putting greens, and 5-acre event site
General Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience supervising others
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training
- CA Qualified Applicator Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Thorough knowledge of construction and maintenance of golf greens, tees, fairways, and various types of turf grasses used on the golf course

Salary: $66,560.00 per year
