Manager, Automotive Event Sponsorships

Job Summary

To generate sales and coordinate service of event sponsorships for Quail Lodge’s on-site hosted The Peninsula Signature Events: The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, The Quail Rally, The Quail Motorcycle Gathering, and The Quail Ride. Oversee event internal and external communications as required.

Key Accountabilities

• Must have working knowledge of new and vintage automobiles and car manufactures.

• Contract and detail all sponsor agreements. Proactively manage the communication of timelines to ensure terms of sponsor benefits are met.

• Manage sales presentations and collateral, video content, sponsor logo and visual asset files, and other sales/marketing assets as needed. Work with third party design/production companies for renderings/sales materials during the sales process.

• Liaise will all sponsors and external partners to ensure proper coordination of pre-, post-, and day-of event co-promotions, debuts, marketing initiatives, social media, public relations, and more.

• Track and distribute all sales reports, monitor and update yield sheets, and update historical documents, as required.

• Provide event day support to sponsors, internal operations, and external partners to ensure event logistics are smooth, and sponsor and guest experiences exceed expectations.

• Work with agencies of record to create annual public relations unique pitch angles, press release schedule, social media marketing plans, and more to achieve set objectives. Coordinate media/influencer partnerships and share coverage results.

General Requirements

• You have at least three (3) years of sales experience

• Must be knowledgeable about new and vintage cars

• You have a bachelor’s degree

• You are able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

• You have the ability to meet deadlines, sales goals, and maintain a strong line of communication with both clients and Quail Lodge team members

Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year + commissions

Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year + Commissions
