Senior Event Producer

Quail Lodge & Golf Club is seeking an Senior Event Producer to work alongside our amazing Peninsula Signature Events Department to supervise and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution for our award winning/world-class automobile and motorcycle show.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up events for The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering and The Quail Rally, The Quail Motorcycle Gathering and The Quail Ride.
  • Lead hands-on planning and execution of high-complexity events, including online and/or on-site event delivery, directing teams and talent to ensure the seamless execution of the event agenda, including run of show and field management in collaboration with production teams.
  • Overseeing operations, managing project timelines, permitting, ticketing, communication, directing staff, and coordinating technical and production teams
  • Attending design meetings, site visits, and report to local and corporate teams on event planning status
  • Overseeing all financial budgets and administrative operations pertaining to the event

 

 

General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of proven event production experience required
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams
  • 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Must possess a high level of confidentiality

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000 per year
