Banquet Set Up

Business Unit:  The Quail Lodge Resort & Golf Club
Location:  Carmel, CA

This position offers limited time signing bonus of $300 after 90-days of employment!

 

Quail Lodge & Golf Club is seeking a Banquet Set Up person to join our amazing Banquets Team.

In this role you will:

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.

Key Accountabilities

  • Set up and take down equipment preparing for and finishing banquet events
  • Moves tables, chairs, bars, podiums, and other equipment utilizing safety guidelines and protecting equipment, flooring, and any fixture on property.
  • Provide food and beverage to banquet guests as needed.
  • Ensure that all preparation and closing duties are performed according to standards and published checklists
  • Execute any other duties as requested by immediate supervisors

 

General Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an equivalent position as a Banquet Server or Set-up preferred
  • Must have flexible scheduling, including weekends, evening and holidays
  • Ability to understand and execute Banquet Event Orders
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Are able to lift up to 50 pounds

 

Salary: $15.70 per hour
