Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Analyst
Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Office, we are seeking a Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Analyst to join the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Department. This role will report to the Director, Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and support the implementation of CRS initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the company's sustainability data management platform to ensure accurate data collection, and run trend analysis for internal review and external disclosure
- Identify gaps and implement enhancements to data management platform to ensure the company's capability in data collection and reporting in line with latest local (HKEx) and international (e.g. GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD) reporting standards
- Tenant and supplier engagement to reduce indirect emissions arising from value chain
- Ensure responsible sourcing practices are maintained through due diligence process
- Conduct research on global and local sustainability trends, ensuring readiness and agility in reacting to market shifts
- Maintain excellent internal relationships, stay informed with internal stakeholders and identify further improvement within operations
General requirements
- Degree holder in Environmental and Climate Science, Sustainable Development, Environmental Policy and Economics, or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in data analysis and project management within the field of sustainability
- Passionate about excellence, attention to details and self-motivated
- Team player with collaborative spirit
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
