Guest Relations Officer

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking a Guest Relations Officer
to create a memorable guest experience.

Key accountabilities
 
•    Provide full-range VIP greetings, escort and in-stay personalized services to uphold hotel brand image
•    Establish and maintain guest profiles and arrange customized greetings and services
•    Collaborate with all operational departments to complete pre-arrival arrangements for VIP guests
•    Timely address guest feedback and complaints with proper documentation to ensure high guest satisfaction

General requirements
 
•    Passionate about luxury hospitality with solid stress resilience
•    Proficient in both Chinese and English with clear and appropriate communication
•    Strong service awareness and team collaboration spirit.
