Bar Manager

Key accountabilities

• Engage guests, collect feedback and maintain guest relations
• Manage daily bar operations, product quality, inventory and costs
• Lead and train team members, standardize service workflows
• Handle complaints and emergencies to protect hotel reputation
• Execute marketing activities and achieve sales targets

General requirements

• Minimum 2 years’relevant hospitality experience in F&B
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
• Outgoing, adept at guest communication and relationship building
• Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure
