Responsibilities 職責:

 

  • Delivers services according to Forbes, LQA and Peninsula standards and delights guest by providing personalized and gracious service
  • 根據福布斯、LQA 和半島酒店標準提供服務,並通過提供個人化和親切的服務來取悅客人
  • Takes food and beverage orders and introduces seasonal delicacies, as well as advises guests on the selection of food and beverage items
  • 接受餐飲訂單,介紹時令美食,並就食品和飲料的選擇向客人提供建議
  • Be familiar with the Room Service menu and beverage list, the daily availability of items and seasonal specialties including prices
  • 熟悉餐飲菜單的價格,每日供應的物品和時令特色菜
  • Records and processes Room Service F&B revenue transactions including preparation of the guests check
  • 記錄和處理客房服務餐飲收入交易,包括準備客人賬單
  • Communicates over the telephone in a polite manner to promote a high degree of guest satisfaction
  • 以禮貌的方式通過電話溝通,以提高客戶滿意度 

 

Requirements 要求:

 

  • Minimum two years of related experience in Hotel or F&B industry
  • 工作經驗:在酒店或餐飲行業至少有兩年的相關經驗
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • 良好的英語和中文口語(粵語和普通話)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office), good knowledge of ResPAK
  • 基本的電腦知識(Microsoft Office),良好的ResPAK知識
  • Familiar with customer service expectations in five-star hotel operations
  • 熟悉客戶對五星級酒店服務的期望
  • Ability to take telephone orders of food and beverages items in a courteous and friendly manner
  • 能夠以禮貌友好的方式接受餐飲的電話訂單
