Chief Concierge

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Manila
Location:  Manila (Makati City)

We are looking for a highly passionate and personable individual responsible for curating exceptional guest experiences through deep destination expertise, strong industry networks, and the development of a highly motivated and service-driven team.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Oversee day-to-day Concierge, Guest Services, Transportation, Parking, and Airport operations, ensuring consistent delivery of seamless, anticipatory, and personalized luxury service aligned with Peninsula Service Principles.
  • Manage departmental payroll, staffing levels, and operating expenses in accordance with budget. Oversee Transportation P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
  • Proactively manage guest feedback, ensuring effective and elevated service recovery that not only resolves concerns but enhances overall guest perception and loyalty.
  • Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of luxury dining, arts, culture, events, and lifestyle offerings within Manila and key destinations. Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners to provide exclusive access and bespoke experiences.
  • Ensure flawless execution of core Concierge services, including reservations, ticketing, special requests, logistics coordination, and bespoke guest arrangements, with a strong emphasis on personalization.

 

General Requirements

 

  • BS Hotel Restaurant Management Degree - Major in Hospitality is preferred
  • A member of Les Clefs d'Or Philippines is an advantage
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a Chief Concierge role
  • Highly resourceful, passionate and dedicated in the line of Concierge & Guest Services
  • Front Desk and Guest Relations previous experience is an advantage
