Key Accountabilities:

  • Engage with guests and provide personalized service in alignment with Peninsula Standards.
  • Handle guest’s inquiries via phone, email, or in person, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of hotel’s policies and procedures.
  • Oversee room allocations and amendments based on guest preferences and hotel guidelines.
  • Escorting guests for in-room check-in and providing an introduction of room facilities.
  • Process payments accurately according to billing instruction, while maintaining accurate personal cash float.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, update profiles, and ensure proper documentation for arrival and departures.
  • Ensure guest safety and security by following hotel protocols and reporting any suspicious activities.
  • Execute upsell initiatives and achieve the team’s target.

 

Requirements: 

  •  Business level proficiency both English and Japanese. Additional language is an advantage.

  •  Understanding of the hotel operations. Effective communication skill. Teamwork and collaboration.

  •  Problem solving and conflict resolution. Awareness of safety and security
