Bell Captain

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Bell Captain to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

 

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Guest Service team.
  • Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the section through supervising and participation in the activities of the section.
  • Record movement of luggage handled by the section at Bell Desk in charge.
  • Arrange for transporting guests to and from the airport/station by confecting drivers of the section.
  • Assist Assistant Guest Service Manager and Guest Service Manager.

 

General Requirements

  • Native in Japanese and preferably business level in spoken and written English. 
  • Work experience in 5-star hotels or equivalent establishments is preferred. 
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Bell with team management.
