Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for ensuring the continuity of installed systems and providing both technical and business-related expertise. Offers support primarily focused on all Property Management Systems and their interfaces with other systems. This position oversees current operations and future projects related to IT operations.
- Responsible for primary support, maintenance, documentation, and upgrades of hotel systems.
- Working along with IT members, aim to provide 24-hour support for IT system emergencies, such as system downtime that affects hotel operations and guest services.
- Manage administrative computers and networks, ensuring that computer systems are patched and updated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding support issues, preventive and systems maintenance, product comparisons and quotations, as well as project work.

- Oversee daily data backups, ensuring they are completed and stored correctly.
- Support the Director of Technology in assessing and suggesting products for overseeing and running all network systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experiences in IT support or help desk.
- Strong knowledge in computer hardware and system, network system and hardware, and telephone system.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer, certified network engineer, or related field and familiar with computer network system.
- Proactive mindset and eager to support attitude. Self-confident, maturity in the way of thinking and expressing ideas, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English, Japanese language is an advantage
