Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager
The Repulse Bay is seeking for an in-house Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to support the recruitment needs of the company.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide one-stop hiring service for office based and frontline positions including but not limited to innovative sourcing, talent mapping, interviewing, talent assessment and offer negotiation
- Identify recruitment needs, evaluate the effectiveness of existing advertising and recruitment channels or technology, and keep abreast of the market trend
- Support an ‘always-on’ talent sourcing strategy by exploring new methods and utilising appropriate channels to build talent pipelines aligned with business needs
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics with a view to improve the recruitment process and resource planning
- Drive employer branding initiatives to actively communicate the company’s core values, culture and benefits, within designated media channels, partners and associations
- Act as the ambassador of the company and create a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
- Support the wider company’s employee engagement initiatives
General Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in volume recruitment. Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is an advantage
- Ability to build trust and value added relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, result-driven and detailed-minded
- Self-motivated, good reasoning and decision-making ability
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
