Key accountabilities: 

 

 

  • Ensure the best possible quality of products and execution of dishes served on the restaurant menu, in terms of taste and temperature, as well as speed of execution to guarantee an optimal experience.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is set up in such a way as to enable service to take place in the most efficient conditions,
  • Comply with the hotel's standards and procedures, including health and safety rules, internal regulations and internal procedures,
  • Work closely with the team in his/her area to offer a top-of-the-range culinary experience, in line with Peninsula standards,
  • Oversee the integration of new employees in his/her area.

  • Knowledge of hygiene rules,
  • Previous experience in a similar environment,
  • Hold a BAC PRO - BEP - CAP or equivalent experience.
