Key Accountabilities

 

  • Planning, leading and guiding all aspects of the restaurant, bar, terrace, private dining spaces in conjunction with the Gallada Head Chef.
  • Liaising with Chef Director, EAM Food and Beverage and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar’s marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Develop and execute strong strategies to elevate guest experience.
  • To carry full responsibility in meeting the financial targets of the business units. 
  • To streamline processes and to increase productivity.  
  • Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the center.
  • Ensuring restaurant expectations are well communicated to the team and constantly observed to ensure full adherence.
  • Following up and ensuring reservations, VIP bookings and requests are personally managed and openly communicated with the team.
  • Coaching, mentoring and guiding staff to achieve high performance in all phases of service and job functions by ensuring staff retention and high engagement.

 

General Requirements

 

  • 8–10 years of experience in the domestic and overseas restaurants at high standards in the relevant fields of food and beverage industry in a similar role within a diverse Restaurant and Bar complex, preferably with Michelin experience as a Restaurant Director or General Manager.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage a large restaurant and bar operation with high volume.
  • Experienced in managing fine dining establishments as well as market leading bar and bespoke events.
  • Experienced in all beverage related operation, wines and cocktail program
  • Communicate effectively with influence at all levels in both verbal and written forms. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in financial acumen and good knowledge of financial tools and processes.
  • Fluent in Turkish & English language.
