Room Attendant

Key Accountabilities:

• Conducts guestrooms cleaning and provides high standard of guest services as established by the hotel procedures and standards
• Be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest corridors and pantries in your assigned section
• Responds to guest orders or requests within the assigned section

General Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ working experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of using cleaning tools and chemicals and the ability to provide friendly services to guests
• Fluent Cantonese, ability of English communication is an advantage
