Key accountabilities: 

• You will welcome customers on their arrival and departure from the establishment,
• You will provide customers with all the information they require during their stay at the establishment.
• You will be responsible for welcoming and checking out customers (individuals or groups), in compliance with the policies and procedures in force within the establishment, and ensuring an exemplary quality of welcome and attentiveness.
