PM Banquet House Attendant

Key Accountabilities:

• Utilize the POS and HOTsos systems as per policies and procedure in place
• Ensure that storage rooms are maintained in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Ensure function rooms are clean and available for showing to guests even when not in use
• Maintain a cooperative, professional working style with supervisors and fellow employees
• Perform all job-related tasks with utmost concern for equipment and safety for onset and colleagues
• Keep linen regularly stocked and take dirty linen to laundry area

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in banquet or a similar field
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge and experience with catering equipment and venue requirements
• Good physical strength and stamina - ability to carry trays of food and stand on feet for long periods of time and ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 25 lbs.
