Brand Marketing Manager
The Brand Marketing Manager is the strategic leader that will play a role in driving our brand communications and content for the newly renovated property, delivering high-impact outcomes with key audiences while uplifting our brand equity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in implementing the Hotel’s external communications, ensure effective local or international deployment through expert knowledge and understanding of media relations, brand partnerships and go-to-market strategies.
- Help cultivate strategic relationships with our media agency through innovative media engagement programs that amplify the Hotel visibility for Rooms but also our F&B and Spa outlets.
- Develop a full range of compelling brand marketing assets including media kits, press releases, articles, media statements, selected executive communications, media Q&As and briefing documents to maintain proper external communication protocols and templates.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) for creation and development of all brand marketing assets and collaterals following our global brand guidelines.
- Develop content and visual assets for the hotel, including managing monthly calendars for content creation, writing briefs and schedules for photo and video shoots, planning and arranging for these shoots with staff and relevant departments.
- Formulate high-quality written and visual content on our social media and digital channels, monitor and engage with followers on our social accounts, create social media campaigns, and analyze and report on monthly social performance scorecards.
- Maintain and update daily changes for both content and images to the hotel website using HTML on Sitcore following company processes.
- Proactively explore and identify media opportunities for the Hotel across local target markets, market the relevant content and campaigns to strategic social media partners with a view to maximizing the Hotel’s presence and publicity.
- Monitor media coverage and PR performance metrics. Report on performance metrics and use of data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with the ever-changing media and hotel landscape to better tailor the Hotel’s go-to-market communication strategies, bring creative ideas that integrate traditional, digital and social media and form new media partnerships locally.
- Be a representative of the Hotel at events, arranging media visits and press and partner moments while managing event attendance and engagement and entertaining media inquiries.
- Arrange all media and partner visits; greeting them appropriately upon hotel arrival and during their stay, as deemed necessary.
General Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years in branding, advertising or 360 communications consulting gained from reputable PR agencies or international consumer brands.
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent media relations skills with an established network of contacts across Print, Broadcast and Digital.
- Strategic with a commercial mindset. Exceptional presentation skills that translate ideas and concepts into high-impact, effective, and engaging communications assets.
- Strong project and time management skills to ensure asset development and messaging cadence.
- Adobe, HTML Exp for press release and Newsroom updates.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, high level of commitment and the ability to complete task according to tight timelines.
