Key accountabilities: 

• Ensure the best possible quality of products and execution of dishes served on the restaurant's menu, in terms of taste, temperature and speed of execution for an optimal customer experience,
• Ensure that the equipment is in place to allow the service to run as efficiently as possible,
• Respect the hotel's standards and procedures, including health and safety rules, internal regulations and internal procedures,
• Work closely with his/her team in his/her area to offer customers a quality culinary experience, in line with Peninsula standards.
