Events Co-ordinator

Location:  Tsim Sha Tsui

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Handles all banquet function rooms related enquiries & prepares event orders to maximize sales volume of the department
  • Prepares schedule site inspection (including function rooms, guest room, restaurants and other hotel facilities) and entertaining unscheduled site visit such as walk in guests together with Events team
  • Prepares menu, place cards, signage, seating plan, tent card, table sign for all functions
  • Assists Events team in liaising with the hotel’s contractors (musicians, florists, graphic designer, photographers, print house) to meet with guests’ expectation and hotel’s interests
  • Inputs data for monthly sales statistics

 

General Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in Hotel Management
  • One year of related experience in the hotel industry is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Passionate towards hospitality
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
