Reservations Agent - Remote

We are looking for a passionate individual who will perform as a Room Reservation Agent of The Peninsula Bangkok on remote work set up and be part of the Sales and Marketing team in increasing room revenue and hotel occupancy while providing Peninsula luxury service standard to all guests and hotel partners. 

Key Accountabilities

• Handles room reservations, amendments and cancellations received in all booking channels such as Telephone, Email, Peninsula website, OTA and Global Distribution System
• Handles email correspondences from guests, travel partners and consortia partners.
• Offers further assistance for dining, spa and transportation requirements.
• Makes sure that all calls will be answered to eliminate unanswered and abandoned call.
• Maintains a high level of product knowledge about the latest packages and promotions of the hotel and the Peninsula Group 

General Requirements

• At least 1 year Room Reservation experience in a hotel setup
• Knowledge of PMS/Opera
• Ability to work in a fast pace work environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
