Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager
Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest and employee experience.
- Main responsibility will be new graduates/ campus recruitment, and other will be mid-career recruitment.

Key Accountabilities
- Actively participate in the organization, initiate all talent acquisition processes and activities such as Screening and Interview.
- Assist in creating job requisitions and raising approval request on recruitment platform, ensuring they are always up to date.
- Be knowledgeable of the Recruitment policies and processes and assist with all administration of recruitment and hiring process.
- Organize and conduct inside/outside recruitment event, involving effective communication with related departments and outside partners.
General Requirements
- Minimum of 3 +years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closing.
- Prior experience from either recruitment agency or In-house are welcome
- Fluency in Japanese with business-level English proficiency
