Front Desk Supervisor

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

 

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Front Desk team.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Interact with guests and provide personalized service Peninsula standard service to create a seamless operation of the front desk 
  • Execute and keep proper record of the Front Desk Upsell Program and effectively handling guests' inquiries
  • Keep updated on daily guest arrivals and departures, and daily situation in room allocations 
  • Handle counter reservations and cancellations 
  • Escort guests to the assigned room and introducing room facilities


General Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of Front Desk Receptionist experiences 
  • Business proficiency level both English and Japanese 
  • Great problem-solving skills and Flexibility
  • Maintain positive and friendly attitude
