Assistant Chief Concierge

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Anticipates and fulfills guests needs by offering personalised recommendations and services
  • Maintains excellent knowledge of local attractions, events, and services, and innovates new ideas to enhance guest experience
  • Assists Chief Concierge in implementing and maintaining Peninsula service standards within the Concierge team
  • Monitors training and development of the team in order to promote a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement
  • Provides guidance and support to the team, fostering an environment of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork

 

General Requirements:

 

  • At least 5 years of relevant hotel experience in Concierge
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and PMS systems
  • Member of Les Clef d’Or
