Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Delivers services according to Forbes, LQA and Peninsula standards and delights guest by providing personalized and gracious service
  • Takes food and beverage orders and introduces seasonal delicacies, as well as advises guests on the selection of food and beverage items
  • Be familiar with the Room Service menu and beverage list, the daily availability of items and seasonal specialties including prices
  • Records and processes Room Service F&B revenue transactions including preparation of the guests check
  • Communicates over the telephone in a polite manner to promote a high degree of guest satisfaction

 

General Requirements:

 

  • Minimum two years of related experience in Hotel or F&B industry
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office), good knowledge of ResPAK
  • Familiar with customer service expectations in five-star hotel operations
  • Ability to take telephone orders of food and beverages items in a courteous and friendly manner
