Order Taker - Room Service

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Room Service Order Taker to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in Phone Call.
• Handle or relay to managers all guest and internal customer inquiries and feedbacks in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Establishes and maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Understands all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

General Requirements

• No experience needed but has the desire to learn and grow in Food & Beverage / Hotel industry.
• Fluent Japanese and Conversational English are required.
