Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Prepares food in line with training received
  • Follows recipes and instructions
  • Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
  • Adheres to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s P&P

 

General Requirements:

 

  • At least 1 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships
  • Good command in Cantonese
  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
