Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Fitness Instructor / Lifeguard to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in SPA and Fitness Team.
• Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.

Key Accountabilities

• Attend and escort the guest to Gym/Pool/Locker Room and guide how to use.
• Support each exercise at Gym, Instruct customized trainings in group and individual.
• Clean the Female Locker Room, Male shower room and Stock replenishment of towels and other amenities.
• Guide and monitor the guest in the pool.

General Requirements

• Native Japanese who speak English in conversational level. 
• At least one year of experience as a fitness instructor or yoga instructor.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Attendant/Fitness Instructor experience are welcome.
• Certified yoga instructor is a plus.
