Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Reservations Agent to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Reservations team.
• Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the Reservations Team in the complete process of reservations, correspondence and reservations control.
• Ensure groups booking, e-mails, faxes and other correspondences are handled within 24 hours.
• Monitor group bookings.
• Work closely with Front Office to ensure the departmental objectives are met.

General Requirements

• Business level in spoken and written Japanese and English.
• Ability to utilize feedbacks and anticipate customer’s needs.
• Completed High school and College education.
