Key Accountabilities:
Conduct regular testing, inspection and troubleshooting of Hotel plumbing and drainage system and report any abnormalities
Assembles, installs, maintains and repairs soil / waste / rain water pipe, fitting, sanitary fixture, hot and cold water supply systems in a safe and efficient manner
Ensure high efficiency of utilization of Plumbing and Drainage system
Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor as well as with own initiative
General Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the repair and maintenance of Hotel plumbing
Holder of Safety Card and Diploma in Construction (Plumbing), Certificate in Plumbing and Pipefitting, or equivalent
Holder of Grade 1 Licensed Plumber will be an advantage
Fluent Cantonese; ability of English communication is an advantage
