Security & Safety Manager

The Repulse Bay is seeking for Security & Safety Manager to manage and supervise the Security & Safety team. 

• Deputy to the Director of Security and Operational Risk
• Lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure the safety and security of our property

Key accountabilities

• Assist in coordinating security operations, including managing, training, and assessing the performance of the entire security team
• Supervise, manage, and lead the team to ensure optimal security and safety of life and property
• Develop security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with property or corporate security and loss control requirements
• Handle and supervise investigations of all security and safety incidents and accidents, communicating findings and recommendations to the Director of Security & Operational Risk
• Effectively convey information to the team, co-workers, and other stakeholders to manage the security program
• Inspect potential hazards within the property related to fire, life, health, safety, and security, and file precautionary reports

General requirements

• Higher Diploma in Security or Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in hotel operations and/or property management with a valid Security Personnel Permit
• Excellent knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, security systems, incident handling, and investigation techniques
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Security and Safety Manager
