Assistant Director of People and Culture
The Repulse Bay is seeking an Assistant Director of People and Culture to assist the Director in strategically partnering with Executive Committees and Heads of Department on people-related matters to achieve company's business objectives and financial goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance employee experience
- Manage People and Culture initiatives, including onboarding, internal communication, and employee engagement programs
- Act as HR business partner to provide Human Resources strategic support to department heads
- Stay updated on best practices, labour laws, and legislation changes to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders
- Responsible for overall planning, organisation and administration of manpower, compensation, benefits, performance and data management programmes to drive operational efficiency
- Create employee value propositions to support employer branding and become the Employer of Choice
- Monitor the P&C budget and control operational costs, providing advice as needed
- Train and develop team members, sharing the latest legislation updates
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR Management with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, strong problem solving required
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use HR analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good computer skills
