Membership Manager

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Club we are seeking a Membership Manager to support our team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the execution of programs, projects, and activities designed to increase and retain Membership within the Club, as well as, promote a positive facility image overall.  
  • Build a relationship with club members and instill confidence that the club is operating in the best interest of the membership.
  • Develop and conduct an orientation program for new members.
  • Plan and execute the development of member activities and events for the club.  
  • Track the performance of all membership activities and respond on a timely basis to member requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with various departments on designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and programs that will increase member golf rounds played and maximize member golf and food and beverage revenue. 

 

 

General Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience in a golf/resort environment with hands-on knowledge of membership programming and services.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Solid understanding of the game of golf and a country club environment. 
  • Ability to interact professionally with members and guests and deliver exceptional customer service.

 

Salary: $72,000-82,000 per year
