Clubhouse Executive Assistant

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Clubhouse Executive Assistant to support our team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support Membership Manager with producing and distributing member correspondence as well as prospect inquiry collection and initial outreach
  • Prepare notices and other items for staff meetings, general employee meetings and all other scheduled employee events
  • Provide support to Golf Club and Catering departments with member events, including BEO execution, event registration, member relations, etc.
  • Assist with processing purchase orders and invoicing for Membership Department

 

General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of office equipment and media

 

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
