Handles restaurant’s bookings as a call centre and answers general enquiries about hotel outlets with exceptional guest service
General Requirements:
Relevant experience working in hospitality industry would be an advantage
Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Hands-on experience with MS Office
