Sous Chef - Gaddi's Kitchen

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Outlet Chef with the day to day operation of the kitchen, provides service to the Restaurants and its Private Dining Rooms if applicable.
- Assists with creating, developing, costing and implementing of new dishes.
- Supports training, coaching and development efforts of all chefs in the team.
- Adheres to all relevant health and safety codes as stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD).
- Fully supports and contributes to the company’s CSR initiatives.
- Runs the Kitchen in all aspects during the Outlet Chef’s absence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of culinary experience with international luxury hotel background or fine dining restaurant
- Good command in Cantonese and English are required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Well-versed in kitchen hygiene
