Key Accountabilities:

• Provides updates on guest movement to fellow teams in order to ensure smooth guest experience
• Assists in preparing daily reports related to guest arrival and departure, hotel vehicle and luggage storage
• Ｗorks closely with supervisor to make transportation arrangements for guests
• Handles luggage movement

General Requirements:

• Pleasant and customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Good knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office applications
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is preferrable
• Candidates with similar experience will be an advantage
