Key Accountabilities:
Provides updates on guest movement to fellow teams in order to ensure smooth guest experience
Assists in preparing daily reports related to guest arrival and departure, hotel vehicle and luggage storage
Ｗorks closely with supervisor to make transportation arrangements for guests
Handles luggage movement
General Requirements:
Pleasant and customer-oriented with good communication skills
Good knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office applications
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is preferrable
Candidates with similar experience will be an advantage
