Key Accountabilities:
- Anticipates and fulfills guests needs by offering personalised recommendations and services
- Maintains excellent knowledge of local attractions, events, and services, and innovates new ideas to enhance guest experience
- Assists Chief Concierge in implementing and maintaining Peninsula service standards within the Concierge team
- Monitors training and development of the team in order to promote a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement
- Provides guidance and support to the team, fostering an environment of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
General Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant hotel experience in Concierge
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and PMS systems
- Member of Les Clef d’Or
