Outlet Team Leader

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Outlet Team Leader to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the efficient operations of each outlet by effective staff scheduling, delegation of job tasks, monitoring and supervision of service.
  • Ensure all staff follows the HACCP standard and participates in the environmental-friendly and 3Rs (reuse, recycle or reduce) initiatives whenever possible.
  • Provide engaging, timely, efficient and friendly service to all the guests.


General Requirements

 

  • Fluent English / Japanese speaker and preferably respect for Japanese culture.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical work experience in Food and Beverage, of which 3 years in a supervisory position from multinational companies or hospitality operations.
  • Knowledge in seasonal food, international cuisine, food preparation and presentation.
  • Work experience in 5-star hotels will be an advantage.
