Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Guest Relations Executive to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Guest Relations Team.
• Staff at The Peninsula Tokyo are talented, highly motivated, dedicated to excellence and have an aptitude for languages.

Key Accountabilities

• Interact with guests and provide personalized service with the Peninsula Standards.
• Provide warm and personal service to Arrival / In-house/ Departure VIPs and guests arriving by hotel cars.
• Handle guests’ confidential information with complete discretion and coordinate with the relevant departments.
• Update guests’ information and profile in system.
• Generate reports to ensure the newly created profiles and data are up to standard.

General Requirements

• Business level in spoken and written English and Japanese.
• Experience in using computers.
• Ability to work within “team based” environment.
• Ability to utilize feedbacks and anticipate customer’s needs.
