Guest Relations Executive

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Guest Relations Executive to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Guest Relations Team.

Key Accountabilities

• Interact with guests and provide personalized service with the peninsula Standards.
• Providing the warm and personal service to Arrival / In-house/ Departure VIPs and guests arriving by hotel cars.
• Collecting information to handle and providing persona service and distribute it to related departments.
• Input all information and guests’ profiles to the system.
• Run reports to ensure the newly created profiles and data is up to standard.

General Requirements

• Business level writing and speaking abilities in English and Japanese.
• Experience using computers.
• Ability to work within “team based” environment.
• Ability to utilize feedback and anticipate customer’s needs.
