Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Front Office team.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee and ensure proper operation of the Front Office department such as proper registration and reception for hotel guests.
• Control room inventory for respective room types and categories. 
• Resolve guest complaints in an effective and timely manner.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering team to ensure all the rooms are ready to be sold in the period with demand.

General Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Japanese.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in front desk. 
• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
