Digital Marketing Contents Manager Japan

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Digital Content Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to produce, curate, and track a variety of content types for publication through multiple digital channels and management systems, including The Peninsula Tokyo website, social media channels, e-mail direct mail, online marketing campaigns, digital advertisements.
• Perform regular website review as well as review of The Peninsula Tokyo’s online presence in third-party websites such as: OTAs, Ikyu, MyNavi, Luxa, etc. 
• Update website contents in a timely manner.
• Champion online hotel reputation management by maximizing Revinate to monitor and analyze guest comments and review.

General Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with strong command of English.
• Excellent writing and language skills.
• Proficient in sourcing and managing content designed for online media.
• Previous marketing, communications, public relations or digital marketing experience specifically in web-related project management experience and web analytics
