Assistant Guest Services Manager

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the Guest Services Manager in planning, directing and managing the entire operations of the Guest Services including transportation arrangements for guests. 
  • Maintain and enhance the Peninsula service and contribute to the revenue maximization. 
  • Ensure excellent service, customer skills and service recovery are delivered. 


General Requirements

  • Business level in spoken and written Japanese and English
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work within a “team based” environment
  • Ability to utilize feedback and anticipate customer’s needs
